I'm young enough to love rap music, yet old enough to have had a record player as a child and adolecent. Ok, I admit it....I tried doing that "scratching" thing several times. It's harder than it looks.

I'm a woman of the Caucasian persuasion. I only say a that because of the school picture, btw. It helps find me. (see my pic to play Where's Meredith?). I'm known for talking, for teaching others to talk, for having a hard time listening and yet teaching others to listen. It's a fine line between being a big ol' loudmouth and being the life of the party. I have 2 children, currently ages 9 and 5, and a precious husband who is extremely good- looking.

Did you damage the vinyl in the process? (I have never tried it, by the way, but fall in that age range also.)

I probably didn't damage the records...cant say the same for the record player!
